BODY|MIND About Us

I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2001 and worked in the NHs until I left in 2022 at the peak of my career as an Advanced Respiratory Specialist Physiotherapist.

Three years ago, whilst working tirelessly in ITU I found myself at my lowest point, giving everything I had to save lives, it left me physically and emotionally drained. Two decades of dedicated service to the NHS ended when I felt I needed a bed next to the patients I helped!

But life’s toughest moments often lead to our greatest transformations. Nearly three years later, I’m proud to say I’ve turned those challenges into an opportunity to pursue my passion. I retrained in Root Cause and Lifestyle Medicine, writing a PhD in Breathwork to help reverse Chronic Disease in the body and launched workshops to help individuals and teams to unlock their potential, break free from limiting patterns, and embrace resilience.

Today I help people change the narrative on their own health. By using root cause analysis, breathwork and lifestyle medicine at BODY|MIND we can change the course of the dis-ease in the body and help the body thrive the way nature intended.

Through personalised breathwork, quantum healing, and nervous system regulation, I guide you in releasing emotional and physical burdens, restoring balance, and unlocking your full potential. My purpose is to help you cultivate resilience, clarity, and a life free from the limitations of past trauma. And use Lifestyle Medicine to cut through the noise and elevate your health related quality of life and thrive as a human in today’s world.
